people are boycotting it because it sexualizes a man.
people are boycotting a commercial that features one of the oldest marketing strategies because this time it’s a man being exploited.

wooowww. so how come a teacher leading an anti-racist discussion should have to warn parents beforehand that white children may find the conversation “distressing,” yet teachers talking about slavery, christopher columbus, andrew jackson, the mexican-american war, etc, in the usual apologetic or glorified manner, don’t have to warn parents beforehand that children of color may find the conversation very distressing???

So, am I the only one who cringes with embarrassment at Tyler Perry’s new show, Haves and The Have-nots.
I think it’s because it’s so much like a daytime soap opera, where the acting is shit and everything else is also just cringeworthy.
Then people are trying to say it’s going to give Scandal a run for it’s money.
